Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management solution, which will give you absolute control over your mail accounts and e-mail newsletters. With this user-friendly graphical user interface, you can create a new e-mailbox account in an instant and administer its settings easily. What's more, you can redirect mails from one email mailbox account to another, finetune mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and defend your e-mailboxes against spam emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your e-mail box accounts against spam messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwanted electronic mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your emails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific email box account.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtering your incoming e-mail messages based on specific criteria set by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can easily create a filter for any of your e-mail accounts and define the email filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one email account to another, or even to several other electronic mail accounts. Simply specify the email box you want to forward e-mails from, then select the target mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your liking to access your e-mail box accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you wish to set up on your personal computer or mobile phone and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mail box will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple email mailbox accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to read and our system will take care of the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
